The Hawkes Bay Leisure Company has come into existence when a company of professional mechanical engineers got tired of paying high prices for products that just didn't last. 

These engineers became convinced that they could deploy their design and manufacturing skills to produce quality products that would last in the unique New Zealand environment for about the same price as the cheap kit-set pieces being offered by the big box retailers.  So here we are.
